A 70kg man would require approximately 1.75 litres of water daily.

Fatigue, muscle cramps, inability to think straight, Headaches, overworked kidneys due

to having to concentrate large amounts of waste in a small volume of fluid. Water is necessary

to ensure that digestion, absorption and elimination takes place.
