Sales and Customer Services

The Sales and Customer Services section within Rand Water is geared towards ensuring that our customers receive the best customer service ever. That the challenges they encounter in terms of service delivery is minimised and that the channels of communication are continuously open.

Rand Water thus continue to engage with external stakeholders such as the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry (DWAF); the South African Association of Water Utilities (SAAWU); local and international water bodies; local, provincial and national government; the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) and various forums.

Rand Water remains committed to supporting efforts to promote the efficiency and build the overall capacity of the municipalities that we serve, as well as to having a positive impact on the water landscape in South Africa and beyond.
