RAND WATER FOUNDATION NEWSLETTER – MARCH 2021

At the heart of the Rand Water Foundation’s (RWF) existence is a mandate to promote delivery of water related services to communities, further managing Rand Water’s Corporate Social Investment resources by undertaking community development projects in partnership with other role players. In nine (09) months of yet another challenging year (2020/2021) under the belt, the RWF team is not resting on their laurels, allowing the distractions of COVID-19 halt work progress. If anything, a lot more energy and work has been put into ensuring that developmental projects stay operational and on track. Our third quarter projects highlights focus on three key sustainable projects implemented to support the core business of Rand Water, building capacity within municipalities, while addressing socio-economic issues through creation of jobs for local communities and eradicating households poverty.
